Physical School Admission

There are 3 steps to Imaginarium’s admissions process for physical school:

  1. Visit the school

  2. Student Interview & Screening (Special Ed Only)

  3. Financial Commitment

A school visit takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes and is the first step to familiarizing yourself with our programs.

After the visit is complete, you will have the option of scheduling a follow up screening/evaluation appointment

(SPECIAL ED PRESCHOOL/ PRIMARY SCHOOL) OR registration (PRESCHOOL).

During the screening, we will meet with your child individually, get to know them, read through relevant paperwork, and determine if they are a good fit for our program.

Based on the outcome of the screening process, the school will make recommendations as to which program best meets your child’s needs or recommend other programs better suited for your child at this point in time.

Should your child be accepted into the program but requires a classroom aide, the school may assist in acquiring such.

Note a classroom aide is not covered in your tuition payment.

If your child is accepted into an Imaginarium program, your next step will be to meet with the finance manager to start the enrollment process.

Tuition fee covers the cost of operating and maintaining the school and its facilities, paying staff salaries and supplying classroom equipment. Parents should be aware that there are also additional expenses, such as the cost of books and school supplies (Primary Level), uniforms, meals, extra curricular activities, therapies and registration fees etc.

Imaginarium is a privately owned school and does not receive any grants or funding from external sources.
